The UN in Brussels seeks to maintain, nurture and develop the UN partnership with the EU so as to:

Influence policy development in areas of competence, including by advocating adherence to UN and multilateral standards and norms and promoting consistency of approach and concepts

Mutual Knowledge

Ensure mutual understanding and knowledge and guide/support our organization in dealing with EU

Resource Mobilisation

Mobilise much needed resources for UN humanitarian and development work

UN Image

Raise image and visibility of our Agency and UN, so promoting political support for UN and ensuring proper UN representation
